You've taken your health seriously.

And yet, deciding what to do next can feel more complicated than ever.

I bring an independent perspective to the decisions in front of you. With more than a decade of experience across conventional, functional, integrative, and regenerative medicine, I help you evaluate your options in the context of your history, your current care, and the life you're actually living.

Together, we make sense of the pieces, identify what deserves your attention, and create a personalized order of operations.

So you can move forward with greater clarity, confidence, and trust in the decisions you're making about your health.

I'm Alycen Fridley, BSN, RN. I created BlissTech Strategy Mapping to give people the independent perspective and whole-person strategy I once needed myself.

You’ve tried the protocols. You’ve followed the advice. And you’ve invested so much hope along the way.

You know that feeling when you find a new practitioner or approach that finally seems promising.

Someone sees something the others missed. There’s a new explanation, a new protocol, and another reason to believe that maybe, finally, this will be the thing that changes everything.

You make the appointment. You pay the money. You follow through.

And sometimes, months later, you’re still searching for answers.

Every promising lead asks something of you.

YourTime.
YourEnergy.
YourResources.

And perhaps the most precious investment of all:

your hope.

It’s hard to get excited about another promising approach when you remember what the last one cost you.

At some point, you start protecting yourself from hope because you’ve been disappointed so many times.

You want to feel physically vital, emotionally relaxed, mentally sharp, and spiritually connected to your life.

You have meaningful things to do. People you love. A life you want to fully participate in.

And you’re ready for a more discerning way to navigate the possibilities in front of you.

Every practitioner has their area of expertise. Who’s helping you decide how it all fits together?

Your physician is focused on the labs. Your acupuncturist sees stagnation. Your astrologer has a few thoughts about Saturn.

And somehow, you’re the one responsible for making sense of it all.

Each person is looking through a different lens. You’re left trying to figure out which questions belong where, how the recommendations relate, and what actually deserves your attention.

The specialist may be excellent at what they do. Your functional practitioner may have valuable insights. The emotional and spiritual support you’ve found may be deeply meaningful.

But you’re the one living inside the whole picture.

You know how the symptoms affect your work. How much your current protocol is asking of you. What you’ve already spent. How much energy you have available. And what you most want to be able to do with your life.

Those details matter when deciding which recommendations deserve your attention.

I help you bring the different pieces of your care into conversation with one another.

To understand what’s already been explored, where questions remain unanswered, which expertise may be needed, and what sequence makes sense for you.

Because the right next step depends on more than what a practitioner knows.

It also depends on who you are, what you’ve lived through, and what your life can actually support right now.

I created this because I know what it feels like to be the one holding all the pieces.

ALYCEN FRIDLEY, BSN, RN

I'm Alycen Fridley, BSN, RN.

For more than a decade, I've worked across conventional, functional, integrative, and regenerative medicine. I've also spent much of my life navigating healthcare as a patient.

In my early teens, I had metal hardware installed in both legs and learned how to walk again. Twice.

In nursing school, I experienced an autoimmune crisis that changed my relationship with my body. I moved through medications, IV nutrients, peptides, supplement stacks, special diets, and had access to exceptional practitioners.

And somehow, I was still the one trying to figure out how all the pieces fit together.

Who and what should I trust? What investments were truly worth it? What was taking more from me than I had available to give? Was the depth of healing I sought even possible for me?

As I moved through my nursing career, I started recognizing the same gap in other people's care.

I met dedicated practitioners doing meaningful work within their specialties. I met patients who were investing tremendous amounts of time, money, and effort into their health.

And I kept seeing how much was getting lost between them.

Each provider held a piece of the picture. The person living inside that picture was left trying to make sense of it all.

One of the things that troubled me most was watching people make enormous decisions about their health without fully understanding their options.

True informed consent matters deeply to me.

People deserve to understand the potential benefits, risks, and alternatives before deciding which path to take. They deserve the opportunity to ask meaningful questions and understand what they're agreeing to.

That conviction became another reason I left the stability of my nursing career to build this work.

I wanted people to have someone in their corner who could understand their whole story, recognize the connections between different approaches, and help them navigate their options with greater discernment.

Someone who could recognize what was already working, identify what needed more attention, and help them find a sequence that made sense for their body and their life.

That's why I created BlissTech Strategy Mapping.

I see what gets missed between the specialists.

After more than a decade working across different approaches to medicine, I've learned to recognize where valuable information gets lost between practitioners, protocols, and the everyday realities of someone's life.

When we work together, I look at your entire health story.

I want to understand the major turning points, what's happening now, which interventions you've tried, who's already involved in your care, and what each person is recommending.

Then I start connecting the dots.

Where are different approaches contradicting? Which questions keep going unanswered? Are there important pieces of information that need to be clarified before making another decision?

I also look at what your life can actually hold right now.

Your nervous system. Your environment. Your emotional landscape. Your relationships. Your daily rhythms. Your capacity for change.

The things that nourish you, and the demands already competing for your energy.

A recommendation can sound compelling and still require more time, money, or bandwidth than you have available.

Timing and practical fit deserve a place in the conversation.

Consider this.

The specialist wants surgery. The functional practitioner has a fancy new injection with a name that sounds like an alien language. Meanwhile you’re wondering if something was missed. And you’d prefer to skip the bodily invasions altogether.

That's where my experience and pattern recognition come together.

I help you identify the questions worth asking, the professionals best positioned to answer them, and the priorities that appear most relevant to your situation. We explore all possible paths that are in alignment with your values, wishes, and desires.

Then I organize that synthesis into a personalized Strategy Map.

So you have a clearer understanding of where to focus, a more complete picture of possible pathways, and an advocate and ally as you approach your next decisions.

You've invested enough in disconnected pieces. Let's help your care build on itself.

You've already put tremendous effort into your health.

Maybe you've accumulated an impressive collection of lab results, supplements, and recommendations from exceptionally talented people.

Some approaches have helped. Others haven't delivered. Some may still have a place in your care, once you understand where they fit.

Good advice becomes expensive noise when it arrives in the wrong order.

This is where thoughtful sequencing can make a meaningful difference.

I help you recognize which questions deserve attention, who is qualified to address them, and how information from one part of your care can inform the next.

01

Now

Sometimes that means making better use of the practitioners you already have.

02

Next

Sometimes it means identifying a gap in expertise or gathering more information before making another significant investment.

03

Later

And sometimes the most valuable decision is recognizing that something can wait.

The intention is to help your efforts become more coherent. To ensure your values and desires are the guiding light in decisionmaking.

Your appointments become more focused. Your resources have clearer priorities. Your health strategy begins to work within the reality of your life.

You've assembled the pieces.
Now let's make them work together.

What clients have said about working with me

I had a health complication at 18 and until I met Alycen no one had a solution. Meeting someone who was just as dedicated as I was to help me on my health journey, it was a no brainer when she told me about her offerings. It is very hard to find people who are genuine and who have your back while you are your most vulnerable. I knew then that in whatever way I worked with Alycen I would be successful in my healing journey.

MR

You won't make progress if you are working with an industry that uses the same techniques on everyone. That doesn't work and Alycen proves that. She takes the time and passion to make sure the tools, knowledge, and guidance are catered to your individual needs. And as you grow and change, Alycen changes with you, so it is always benefitting where you are on your journey.

MS

The weight of the world was lifted off of my shoulders leaving me to feel like I better understood my past and had permission to feel free and confident in thoughts and actions moving forward. I am not sure how she was able to accomplish what would have taken years of therapy to achieve.

You'll also receive practical next steps and questions to bring to appropriate practitioners.

I'll help you examine the purpose of the recommendations you've received, recognize gaps in information, and identify the type of professional expertise that may be relevant.

The goal is to help you participate in those decisions with a fuller understanding of your options, with your values and desires at the center.

I've worked across multiple branches of medicine and consider each recommendation in the context of your whole health story.

I begin with your circumstances and the decisions you're trying to make. Your Strategy Map may point toward further conversations with your existing team, a different kind of expertise, or options that can be revisited later.
